Hari ketiga consume HB...
Bangun pagi2 and timbang berat lagi...haha
-->57.1kg (untuk rekod okeh...padahal mmg addicted ngn penimbang tuh) :D
Bekpes:
2 scoop F1
150ml low fat milk
200ml plain water
+ teamix (after 1/2 hour)
...........................................
pestu plain water +-1500 ml
** harini try reduce kCl shake sket (without yogurt)...rasa still bolehla..even x seenak with vanilla yogurt) :)
Lunch:
1/4 nasi
Ikan bakar + cicah air asam
Kerabu perut
Kacang buncis goreng
+ teamix
..........................................
plain water +-1000ml
**harini agak tamak aku amik lauk...haha...skang rase sayang gile dgn waktu lunch,sbb skali je dpt makan
sehari..wakaka..padan muke aku,slunye suke sgt makan x abes..en. akmal geleng pale je tgk aku amik lauk td..tp last2 die tumpang ratah lauk x abes...:P
Dinner:
Shake Cappuccino Vanilla (ni feveret aku!)
2 scoop F1
200ml fresh milk (aku lebihkan sket susu, sbb habiskan baki 1 kotak tuh)
100ml plain water
1/2 cup yogurt vanilla
+ teamix
plain water (dalam 500-600ml je aku rase)..macam x cukop je, tp x larat minum air masak dh..:D
