**skang kan aku btl2 rasa muak dengan shake...seyesly aku minum senafas je, janji abes...and start to teringin nak mkn itu ini...time camni, tinggal spirit je kene kuat...x sabar nak tunggu masa utk lose another 4-5kg then try to maintain weight tersebut..huhu, tolongla stay strong wahai diri sendiri..kalau x, sia2 je usaha almost 3 weeks ni...sob2, syg kot sbb da turun 2 kg...:(

Lame rase aku x update blog...bz btol aku last weken....seteress beribu kali rasenye...thx to the wekend,tp bz gak,sbb cik ticha aku demam...so,still hectic wekend gakla jadinye..xpela,dugaannnn...:(

so,<ckp trs terang> ekceli makan minum pon aku x jaga solid mcm minggu sebelum tu...air mgkn drop la qty liter yang aku amik...teruk la camni...silela marah diri sendri ok.

**aku slalu starving gile la bile malam...challenge terbesar, aku mmg jenis makhluk yang x penah skip makan malam dari zmn skolah...bekpes amik shake aku xde hal lg...tp balik keje seyes x slera nak amik shake..sob2..:(

A regrets

Semalam...

Seyesly aku rase sgt terok sebab 1st time aku pukul Ticha agak melampau...sampai die muntah kot..huhu...and bersabit dengan tu, ticha muntah 4 kali sepanjang malam smlam....arghhh, jahatnye aku!

Sbnrnya dlm 2 weeks ni aku stress amat...xtau pasaipa, tp memang agak kronik la...maybe tekanan dari tempat keje, kebetulan byk benda jadi serentak...

Lepas pukul tu, ticha muntah..and me konfemla gaduh ngn en. kemal...alahai, time tu rase useless gile2...rase macam makhluk jahat tahap ape ntah...andai kate ticha bace coretan ibu satu hari nanti, ibu just want you to know dear ticha, ibu love you so much, more than i love myself...im so sorry sayang...so sorry...:(

yup, and the uneasy feeling tu continue lagi sampai harini...dahla ade testing modul...adoiyai...semoga aku diberi kekuatan...


** terpk2 untuk tebus salah pada ticha....nak beli ape ek...bukan rasuah tapi rasuah gakla...haha

aku da tunaikan hasrat nak blanje ticha semalam...haha...ibu & ayah decide nak blanje ticha mamam carbonara sebab tu feveret food ticha...and yes, ticha mamam banyak...pastu gi beli sume kelengkapan untuk  color using water color (ibu malas dah nak beli mainan buat masa ni..ticha x excited nak main pon, excited ms mula2 beli je pastu xnak dah)...at least, kalau main conteng2 ade gak usaha nak develop mn2 skill untuk ticha own good kan...


**bangun pagi ni badan ticha macam suam2 sket...musykil la, allergic ngn spagheti ke..tp da byk kali mamam since kene allergic lame dah dulu...jgnla allergic tu come again, kesian ticha dahla feveret food spagheti tu...tp mungkin gak badan suam sebab selsema...hopefully la x melarat and ticha makin sihat...aminnn

Alhamdulillah, adela penurunan tu..skang aku relax je...bak kate coach, when the times comes, akan turun gak..follow je sume yang patut, jaga je apa yang patut dijaga...:)

so,ade penurunan : 1.8kg shj...aku target 2kg ke atas...:(
