Weight pagi ni --> 56.4kg
Alhamdulillah, adela penurunan tu..skang aku relax je...bak kate coach, when the times comes, akan turun gak..follow je sume yang patut, jaga je apa yang patut dijaga...:)
Bekpes
2 scoop F1
200ml low fat milk (pagi aku nak amik byk sket milk, petang je nak try reduce ml & kCl milk sket)
100ml plain water
+ teamix
plain water again..:)
