150ml low fat milk
100ml plain water
3 bijik kurma (terlebih manis la,pyh nak abeskan shake smlm)
+ teamix
plain water
Lunch
1/4 nasi
Ayam masak kicap
Bayam goreng
+ teamix
plain water (sampai kol 6 +-1.5liter plain water)
Dinner
Anggur je..(kenyang makan nasi tu weh..msm skang dahaga je lebih,sbb cuaca kot)
pastu teamix + plain water
