2nd day consume HB
Bekpes:
2 scoop F1
100ml soya milk (corn flavor)
250ml plain water
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
+ teamix (after 1/2 hour)

pestu plain water +-900 ml
Lunch:
1/2 rice (terlebih...sbb 1st day starving la nak tunggu sampai dinner shake)
1 ikan keli goreng
1/2 sayur tempe + 2 ketul kecik kentang
+ teamix
.................................................
plain water +-600ml
Dinner:
Bananacinno
2 scoop F1
100ml soya milk (corn flavor)
250ml plain water
1/4 drp sebijik banana
+ teamix
.................................................
plain water +-500ml
**balik keje (petang about 645 ~ 700pm) trus cari penimbang...muahaha, semangattt...:P

57.3kg --> yippie!
**ade lagi details measurement die water la, muscle, body fat, bones dll...nti update okeh (tp yg ni xdela brubah drastik sgt lg..hehe) ;)
